I haven’t had as much time lately to devote to working on this site thanks to graduate school, but now that summer is here I will have more opportunities to publish things, including some of the papers I wrote for classes I am most proud of. It was a busy year, and next year is poised to be even busier, but I ended this year with a greatly expanded writing portfolio, a couple big projects completed and a 3.9 GPA. Next year will feature some big composing projects and (fingers crossed!) me teaching a class of my own design.

As for the fabled album, I feel like I’ve been working on it for a very long time, which I have. Now that I have a bit more time and focus I’m putting the finishing touches on it to get it mixed and mastered, then getting it out the door. Since I’ve developed a fair few new pieces in the time since then, I feel like it’s time to move onto the next project. More details on that soon.
